      Women's Month Celebration 2022

      This March 2022, women and indigenous women celebrated Women's Month with collective actions in solidarity with all the women who continue to fight and resist. This short video highlights the strength and courageous beautiful women and indigenous women in building a better and brighter future. Together, we will prove that we, women, are co-builders of a nation that will be nurturing, truthful, brave, and that values justice, rights, and life. Happy Women's Month!

      BABAYEnihan Respond to Indigenous Women Affected by Typhoon Odette (Rai)

      When Typhoon Odette (Rai) devastated several regions in the Philippines, indigenous women lost their homes and their livelihoods. Through BABAYEnihan (women-to-women solidarity), we were able to help them by sending relief packages and other necessities. Almost 2 months in the aftermath of Typhoon Odette, indigenous women and families are still in need of help to rebuild their homes.

      We work for transformative changes in indigenous women's lives within social movements and peoples' struggles; and towards indigenous women's economic, political, social, and cultural empowerment.

      FREEDOMS

      We aspire for a nation of societies where women with multiple identities are able to exercise their rights and enjoy their freedoms from poverty, violence, powerlessness, and injustices.
