As part of today's celebration about indigenous peoples is nothing without us - Indigenous peoples. Today's celebration is a confirmation that every story is important - indigenous struggles are what shaped us to love, embrace, and respect our identity because it is our life.
I call on my fellow IPs, especially indigenous women like me, anywhere in the world, for us to be united in advancing our advocacies for our rights. Defend our rights as indigenous peoples, and our rights as indigenous peoples, and in defense of our territories. Let's use our collective vice and strength to end all forms of violence that we experience.
